As the Operations Manager at Heartland, Kate is responsible for the administrative and financial oversight of the business. Having been involved at the inception of Heartland, her role includes assuring productivity and efficiency while managing expenses. She manages day to day operations including accounts payable and receivable, and maintains client records, including project contracts. She oversees human resources, inclusive of staffing needs, employee benefits, payroll, as well as maintaining company policy compliance. Additionally, Kate oversees Heartland’s IT and marketing needs.
