Charlie, our resident Springer, is a proud Wisconsin native—and easily wins the award for most days spent at Heartland. If she’s not in the office with Jeff, you’ll likely find her making visits to whomever is in the office that day. She’s never met a tennis ball she didn’t love, and when her sister Maddie is around, everyone else is chopped liver.
