As the lead in our restoration shop, Matt is responsible for maintaining all aspects of shop operations, ensuring that every project is completed with quality, efficiency, and attention to detail. He brings a diverse background to the role, with previous experience in property management, the mortgage industry, and most recently, as a corrections officer. Matt’s strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and hands-on approach make him a valuable part of our team. Matt lives in Mount Horeb with his wife and four kids.
