Also out of Pewaukee, Isa Toberman joins us with a background in drone-based ecological restoration, environmental monitoring, and natural resource management. With a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science and Drone Technologies and a minor in Natural Resource Management from Carroll University, Isa's specialty will lead efforts to integrate drone technology into Heartland's ecological restoration services through aerial mapping, multispectral imaging, and environmental data collection.

Josh Pulling joins Heartland full-time after coming onboard as a seasonal technician for the 2025 growing season. Josh gained experience conducting invasive species management, native prairie installation, and a variety of vegetation management techniques in his role last year. Josh's friendly personality and passion for ecological restoration and land management propelled him into a crew lead role. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from UW-Madison.
